EARLY RESERVATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL AS SPACE IS LIMITED:
Reservations for tours of [ 4 to 8 days] should be booked [ 90 days] or earlier, as hotel accommodations have to be confirmed or cancelled [ 45 days] before departure. Tours of [ 8 to 18 days] should be booked [ 120 days] or earlier. EARLY BOOKING: mail reservation in 6 months in advance, deposit still comes in [ 90days] before departure.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
A deposit of $100.00 per person when a tour is [ 10 Days and under] or $400.00 per person when a tour is
[ 11 Days and over] required at the time of booking. Payment in full must accompany any reservations received less than [ 45 Days] prior to departure. Balance of your tour cost is due [ 45 Days] prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Should you cancel your reservation [ 45 days or more] prior to departure, full refund is made less $30.00 for processing fees. Within [44 - 30 days ] prior to departure, a forfeiture the full deposit.
Within [ 29 - 15 days ] prior to departure, a forfeiture of 50% of the tour cost.
Within [ 14 days ] or less to departure and No Show will forfeiture the total cost of the tour.
MEDICAL & CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Please contact an insurance company of your choice for Emergency Medical Policy and Trip Medical Cancellation insurance must be booked prior to booking your tour,check with Blue Cross or Cabana Charters for Medical Travel & Cancellation Insurance.
TRANSPORTATION:
Vehicles in most cases are provided by Cabana Charters & Tours Limited. Vehicles range in sizes to suit the tour requirements.
SEATING:
In order for all passengers to enjoy the motorcoach equally, a seat rotation system is utilized each day.
SINGLE TRAVELLERS:
Accommodation is available in a limited quantity. We suggest persons travelling alone, who prefer to share a room, try to find a travel companion.
LUGGAGE:
The tour package includes handling for one suitcase per person. There is no charge for carry on case you handle personally. When a second suitcase is checked, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 In / Out of each hotel. Cabana Driver should be notify if your adding extra luggage during the tour.
SMOKING & DRINKING OF ALCOHOL:
Federal Regulations in both Canada and the United States prohibit smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages in public passenger vehicles, however we do frequent rest stops. Smoking or non-smoking rooms may be requested at the time of booking, but these rooms may not be available at all hotels and are subject to availability.
TOUR COST INCLUDES:
Transportation, accommodations, hotel luggage handling, sightseeing tours, admissions, attractions, meals as specified in each itinerary and services of a professional driver.
GRATUITIES GUIDANCE:
Appreciation for services: Guide $1.00 daily and Driver for baggage handling, etc., $2.00 per day. Individual tipping, no group collection.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Any dietary or food allergies should be noted at the time booking. Medical form to fill out during tour.
DOCUMENTS:
Anyone travelling by ground into the United States, must have proof of citizenship: Birth Certificate, Photo ID / Driver’s License or Passport ( Passports are strongly recommended ). Passports are required by 2009.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cabana Charters & Tours Limited acts only as an agent for the owners and contractors providing transportation, hotels or other services and therefore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or accident due to any default on the part of any company or person engaged in any of these tours. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour outlined in this brochure, or any part thereof, or make alterations or changes in the itineraries as deemed necessary by this company. If conditions beyond our control necessitate changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitutet he best alternative available. Passengers are requested to respect the comfort of others who are sensitive to fragrances and consider a scent free environment.
