POLICIES & BOOKING RESERVATIONS IS ESSENTIAL:
Non-refundable $100.00 deposit per person is payable upon booking with the remaining balance due 45 days prior of departure. Reservations for all tours should be booked as early as possible. Hotel accommodations have to be confirmed or canceled [ 35 days ] before departure. Early booking reservation is best to guarantee your seat, 4 -6 months in advance.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION:
$100.00 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation [ 45-31 days ] 50% non-refundable, [ 30 days ] no refund.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE & MEDICAL TRAVEL :
BLUE CROSS is now available to purchase from Cabana Travel. Contact an insurance company of your choice for Cancellation or Trip & Medical Insurance, must be purchase when booking your tour.

LUGGAGE:
No super over size luggage, duffle or gear bags. Tour package includes handling for one large suitcase 23 kgs /50 lbs per person as specified per tour, small carry-on 20x12x12 you handle personally. When space is available additional suitcase charge of $6.00, notify driver to pay if your adding extra suitcase during the tour. Border Officers require suitcases not to be locked for checking.

TOUR COST INCLUDES:
Transportation, accommodations, one large suitcase, sightseeing tours, admissions, attractions, meals as specified in each tour itinerary and services of a professional driver and assistant.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Any dietary or food allergies should be noted at the time of booking. Medical form to fill out during first day of tour.

SINGLE TRAVELLERS:
Accommodation is available in a limited quantity. We suggest persons travelling alone, who prefer to share a room, try to find their a travel companion.

SEATING:
Seat rotation system is utilized once a day, moving 4 seats for all passengers to enjoy the motorcoach equally.

GRATUITIES GUIDANCE:
Appreciation for services & luggage handling tipping $3.00 per day to driver, Tour Host $2.00 per day, City Guide $1.50, tipping envelopes supplied in folder. No group collection on package tours.

NO DRINKING ALCOHOL OR SMOKING INSIDE COACH:
Duty Free Store: Alcohol purchases has to be stored below inside luggage compartment. Marker pen available to print name on bag and place in box. Custom Officers will check inside coach for open alcohol & drugs.

SCENT FREE ENVIRONMENT:
Passengers are requested to respect the comfort of others who are sensitive to fragrances.

DOCUMENTS:
Passengers entering United States require Passport.

Cabana Charters & Tours Limited acts only as an agent for the owners and contractors providing transportation, hotels changes or other services and therefore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or accident due to any default on the part of any company or person engaged in any of these tours. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour outlined in this brochure, or any part thereof, or make alterations or changes in the itineraries as deemed necessary by this company. If conditions beyond our control necessitate changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute the best alternative available.
